over politics

Yesterday while watching the latest episode of House on iTunes, I finally finished ferula's item. But I won't post the picture of it until she receives it... for those of you who are on my friends and family list on flickr, you can just go ahead and stroll over to my flickr to view them. So the two people I spoke to about this didn't know that Obama has a weekly address podcast. So i'm making a public statement here about it just in case other people didn't either. I found it on itunes, just search for Obama's weekly address, it's a video podcast, lasting about 3 mins. this first one (nov 15)was about the economic crisis. I DL it. I thought it was very SMRT of him to use video podcasting, because it allows him to be reached to more people... as not everyone (ie me) likes to watch the news, but I do troll itunes regularly. So there you go, watch your presiden-elect's video podcast.

A worker of mine here in China just asked me to teach her how to knit. She's going back home for the chinese new year, and she wanted a full set of scarf, hat, etc cuz it's cold where she's from. I told her that I could teach her how to knit, but I'm not a very good teacher, I only know how to knit my own way. I don't hold the yarn like most people do... it works for me, but might not work for Joe. Anyways, this should be a fun experience.

I am on the last repeat of the leaf pattern, and I should be able to mail out on Monday for the Duel.... Emma, Stupefy!! (oh wait, I should say that on the other blog!)
